SEORegistration.com is a private website that offers a free website check and a guide for submitting a website to search engines. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with Google, Bing, or any other search engine.
What we collect
When you register, we collect your name, business name, website address, and email address. Your phone number is optional. We also record technical details of your registration, including the date and time, your IP address, your browser type, the page version you saw, the exact consent wording you agreed to, and the date and time you confirmed your email. We keep these records so we can show that you agreed to be contacted.
How we use it
- To confirm your email address and send your free website report.
- To contact you by email about our own services and related SEO and online marketing offers.
- To contact you by phone or text message, only if you checked the separate box agreeing to that.
- To prevent spam, fake sign-ups, and misuse of the service.
How we share it

The website check
To produce your report, our automated tool visits the publicly visible pages of the website you enter and uses Google's PageSpeed service to measure its speed. It does not log in to your site or change anything on it.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of every email, and we will stop emailing you. You can ask us to delete your information, or to stop sharing it with providers, by contacting us at the address below. If you agreed to phone or text contact, you can withdraw that agreement at any time by telling us or by replying STOP to a text message.
How long we keep it
We keep registration records for as long as needed to provide the service, to show your consent, and to meet legal obligations, and then delete them. Unsubscribe requests are kept so that we do not contact you again.
Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This service is for businesses and is not directed to children.
